Robert Lueck graduated from Notre Dame Law school in 1974 and has since devoted his career & practice, as an Attorney & Judge (1998-2004), to Family Law in Las Vegas. Presently he is the President of The Lueck Law Center.

As a co-founder of the Collaborative Professionals of Nevada. much of Robert Lueck's career has been devoted to developing the principles of Collaborative Settlements. These are programs that have emerged from an understanding of the hardships & stress separations have on all parties, especially children. They provide alternatives to traditional litigation to the benefit of all parties.

Collaborative programs, as well as other forms of early intervention & mediation. will prove invaluable as our courts struggle to deal with the burden of an ever increasing number of caseloads.
